Welcome to Kalruck ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kalruck’s mobile SDK, website, and related services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use Kalruck.
Kalruck is a lightweight, privacy-first attribution SDK and tracking utility platform that helps app developers, ad networks, and agencies generate postback install/event data and route attribution to CRMs or tracking tools. We do not store personal data or user-level identifiers.
You must provide accurate information to create and maintain an account. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account.
You may integrate our SDK into your mobile apps or websites for attribution purposes. You agree not to:
Kalruck charges a monthly flat fee of $11.99 per mobile app for SDK integration. Additional fees may apply for extra tracking links or premium support packages. All payments must be made in advance and are processed securely through our billing partners.
No Refund Policy: All payments made to Kalruck are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, cancellation, or termination. You are responsible for understanding the terms and pricing before subscribing to any Kalruck Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Kalruck at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
Kalruck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 3 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
